Breast Cancer Awareness Walk
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Join in a walk to raise awareness, spread hope, and support the fight against breast cancer - and walk with your neighbors in the process!
This 2-mile walk, starting at the Club House, is designed for all walkers.

Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Mobile Event
Effective April 15, due to ongoing construction, the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Electronics Recycling and other associated lots at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, 11611 White House Road in Upper Marlboro will temporarily close to the public until further notice..

Landscaping Forum
Join Board member Dannine Johnson as she hosts a virtual Landscaping Forum. This forum is intended to provide homeowners an overview of the landscaping services provided to our community. Our vendor will be available to answer your questions.

Trash Townhall (Councilmember Wala Blegay)
Dear District 6 Residents,
Thank you for taking the time to complete our recent survey on trash pickup. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us understand and address the concerns in our community.
As a follow-up to the recent survey on trash pickup by Councilmember Wala Blegay, she invites you to a town hall meeting on Monday, September 9th, at 6 PM at Lake Arbor Elementary School. This meeting is an opportunity for her to discuss the survey results and strategize on the next steps to improve trash pickup in our neighborhood.
Your participation is crucial as we work together to create effective solutions. Representatives from the Department of Environment will also be present to provide insights and answer any questions.

Residential Street Sweeping Program Virtual Town Hall
The Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T) will offer Residential Street Sweeping for the first time in Prince George's County's history!
The Residential Street Sweeping Program will significantly reduce the amount of debris along residential roadways, helping to prevent litter buildup and mitigate potential pollutants in our ecosystem. This exciting new program, set to launch in Summer 2024, will be implemented in two phases and cover over 2,000 total curb miles.

Join Board member Dannine Johnson as she hosts a virtual "Ask a Board Member" Forum on Thursday, August 1st from 7 pm - 8:30 pm. The forum is intended to provide homeowners an opportunity to express their concerns, share any issues, and to ask any questions related to the Association and the services provided by the Association.
To ensure questions are answered during the forum, homeowners may submit their questions in advance to capctmal@gmail.com no later than July 31st.
